Outdoor Classroom
TOPS is a preschool that highly regards the outdoors as indispensable and central to all children’s learning. Our primary goal is to provide an outside classroom that offers a stimulating, challenging environment for children to explore their abilities. By allowing children to take appropriate risks and face challenges, they become capable of assessing the world around them, and grow in their physical abilities. Our dedicated Outdoor Classroom teaching staff plan and conduct activities that meet the developmental needs of all the children. We support all areas of a child’s development through art, dramatic play, music, science/gardening, as well as large and small motor skills in our outside classroom.
